One-time closing construction to permanent loans offers a convenient process to close prior to home construction and allows up to 12 months for completion of improvements. Interest only payments are made during the construction phase based on the amount of the outstanding balance.
Jumbo Loans
Jumbo loans are available under both fixed and adjustable rates for loan amounts which exceed the standard conforming loan limits. Adjustable rate loans can be fixed for a period of three, five, seven or ten years prior to the rate adjustment.
