Portfolio Loans
“Portfolio Loans” are mortgage loans CCNB keeps in-house as part of our investment portfolio. They are typically adjustable rate mortgages outside of the guidelines used for other programs. Portfolio loans are often used for condotels, non-warrantable condos, for borrowers with complicated tax structures, or when there is insufficient documentation available to meet Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac underwriting requirements.
Ready to begin?
To use our secure online portal, you’ll first establish a user name and password. After completion, you can begin a new application, resume an existing application, upload documents, accept electronic disclosures, and more, when it’s convenient for you.
