    Severe Weather Notice

    On January 9, 2024, CCNB’s coastal branches (Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, and Conway), will now be closing at 1 p.m.

    All inland branches (Columbia, Aiken, Greenville, and Spartanburg) will remain open. All CCNB branches will reopen on Wednesday with normal business hours. Please continue to check this page for real-time updates.

    Notice: Due to Hurricane Idalia, CCNB’s coastal branches (Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, and Conway) will close at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, August 30, and reopen at noon tomorrow, Thursday, August 31.     CCNB Lobbies Reopening May 26

    Following state and federal guidance, we are pleased to announce all CCNB branch lobbies will reopen beginning Tuesday, May 26, with regular business hours.

While our ability to provide you with the best banking experience possible remains unchanged, we have implemented additional precautions to help minimize health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

    Some CCNB branches are in Drive-Thru-Only Mode

    CCNB is doing our part to minimize health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19) and keep our customers and our employees safe. All CCNB locations with drive-thru teller service will be operating in Drive-Thru-Only Mode with normal business hours. Aiken and Columbia customers, click here for information. If your banking needs cannot be met at the drive-thru, or if you need access to safe deposit boxes, please call your closest branch and we’ll arrange for you to have access. Due to high volumes in electronic banking nationwide, customers might experience a temporary interruption in service. We are working quickly to get this rectified. Questions?     Our Aiken branch is closed today.

    Due to Hurricane Michael, our Aiken branch is closed today. All other branches remain open at this time. If you have questions, please call our main branch at (866) 418-9219 or toll free at (866) 418-9219 and a customer service representative will be glad to assist you.

    Update: Power restored at our main branch

    At 1:20 p.m. power was restored at the Grissom MB headquarters and the servers are back up and running.  Greenville is back on line.  Columbia was back on line and they are now closing for the day.

    Aiken employees may need to reboot their computers in order for the the S:, L:, and Z: drives will restore.

    We are back to business as usual.

    D.R./Business Continuity Being Deployed
    IMPORTANT: We have officially lost power at the main office in Myrtle Beach at 10:40 a.m. Friday 9/14/18.  Greenville, Columbia, and Aiken should still be operational with FISERV systems including Navigator and Teller.

    Share drive (s:), Lending drive (L:), the ability to open accounts in BPM and the ability to use EZ Lender/Laser Pro will not be functional in any branch at this point.

    I will start DR process with Safe Systems and notify everyone of how to use the DR environment when it is completed.  Estimated time frame is 45 minutes to 2 hours.

    DR laptop users should try using the Aiken VPN to access FISERV systems.

    As previously announced, CCNB’s coastal branches (specifically Myrtle Beach, Garden City, North Myrtle Beach, and Conway) are closed until further notice.  At this time all other branches are open with regular hours of operation. Please continue to check this page for real-time updates and information as more becomes available. Remind customers to refer to our Severe Weather Alerts page found at the bottom of every page on our website under “About Us.” On this page, customers can obtain information regarding branch closures, etc. This page is also available via the sliding banner on our homepage. Please assure customers that we do not anticipate interruptions with online banking.     Although CCNB’s branches in Aiken and Columbia were expecting inclement weather conditions in their area today (January 17, 2018), all CCNB branches are open without interruption in service. Check this page often for future weather advisories.

    CCNB’s coastal branches (Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Garden City) will be closed today due to winter storm Grayson. Our branches in Columbia and Aiken will operate with normal business hours.

    To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, CCNB’s coastal branches (Myrtle Beach, Garden City, North Myrtle Beach and Conway) will be closing at noon today, Wednesday, January 3 due to inclement weather and potentially hazardous driving conditions. Our Columbia branch is closing at 1pm. At this time, Aiken will remain open.

    Tuesday Morning Update

    All CCNB locations will be open today, Tuesday, September 12, with normal business hours. A river flood warning is in effect for Horry County. Never drive through a flooded road. Please drive safely. Report any issues at your branch/location to Dawn Kinard immediately.
