NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS:

Due to an increase of COVID-19 cases in our markets, all CCNB locations with drive-thru teller service will be operating in Drive-Thru-Only Mode with normal business hours.

If your banking needs cannot be met at the drive-thru, or if you need access to safe deposit boxes, please call your nearest location during regular business hours and we’ll arrange for you to have access.

Our Aiken and Columbia branches are open with restricted access lobby access. For your convenience, our night-drop will be checked often and deposits will be made frequently throughout the day.

CCNB is doing our part to minimize health risks from the coronavirus and keep our customers and our employees safe. We will continue to notify you regarding changes in our hours of operation, as the safety of our team and our customers is our top priority.

Rest assured, if your banking needs require you to come inside, the following safety precautions have been implemented at all locations:

  • Safety shields have been installed at our teller stations
  • Following the recommended social distancing and good health guidelines
  • Added floor decals to ensure proper social distancing measures
  • Increased routine cleaning and disinfecting protocols especially of high-touch areas

Face-coverings may be worn in our lobbies. Hats, hoods and sunglasses are not allowed. If we need to verify identity, a representative might request you briefly lift your mask for identification purposes. If doing so causes concern, we suggest you use our drive-thru so our team can complete the identification process.
