NOTICE TO CCNB CUSTOMERS

CCNB is deeply committed to the well being of our customers, our employees, and to the communities we serve. In line with state and federal guidance, we are doing our part to minimize health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

All CCNB locations with drive-thru teller service will be operating in Drive-Thru-Only-Mode with normal business hours. If your banking needs cannot be met at the drive-thru window, or if you need access to safe deposit boxes, please call your nearest branch, and we’ll arrange for you to have access. Rest assured, our bank operations and services will continue, and we are committed to providing the exceptional service we have always delivered.

We’re encouraging customers to use our remote banking services whenever possible. Our night deposit box may be used to make deposits at any time throughout the day. We are committed to working alongside you to overcome any challenges you or your business may face in the days and weeks ahead. All CCNB customers enjoy free ATM transactions nationwide. If you are assessed a fee for using an out-of-network ATM as a result of the pandemic, we will gladly reimburse you. A representative will be happy to assist.

Special notice to customers in the Midlands:

AIKEN: Due to limited lobby access to our Aiken branch, we are encouraging visiting customers to use our night-drop box or ATM during business hours. We will be checking the night-drop frequently and processing these transactions during the day. If your banking needs cannot be met in this capacity, or if you need access to safe deposit boxes, please call us (or knock) and we’ll arrange for you to have lobby access.

COLUMBIA: Beginning Monday, March 30, we will limit lobby access in our Columbia branch.  Even though our main door will be closed, we are still operating with normal business hours. We are encouraging visiting customers to use our new day-deposit slot for deposits and will be processing these transactions frequently. If your banking needs cannot be met in this capacity, please call us (or knock) and we’ll arrange for you to have lobby access.
