Following state and federal guidance, we are pleased to announce all CCNB branch lobbies will reopen beginning Tuesday, May 26, with regular business hours.

Rest assured, CCNB is deeply committed to the wellbeing of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. While our ability to provide you with the best banking experience possible remains unchanged, we have implemented additional precautions to help minimize health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The following precautions have been implemented at all CCNB locations:

  • Safety shields have been installed at our teller stations
  • Following the recommended social distancing and good health guidelinesĀ 
  • Added floor decals to ensure proper social distancing measures
  • Increased routine cleaning and disinfecting protocols especially of high-touch areas

Out of an abundance of caution, we encourage our customers to continue to use our online/mobile banking services, drive-thru windows, night-depositories, and ATMs whenever possible to help lower your risk of infection.

If your needs are best met inside the bank, face-coverings may be worn in our lobbies. Hats, hoods and sunglasses are not allowed. If we need to verify identity, a representative might request you briefly lift your mask for identification purposes. If doing so causes concern, we suggest you use our drive-thru so our team can complete the identification process.
