MYRTLE BEACH, CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER
CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is an established and growing community bank headquartered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are seeking a full-time, Chief Credit Officer (CCO) to join our dynamic team. As the primary driver of our bank’s credit culture, the CCO exercises overall management of the Bank’s loan portfolio, loan approvals, loan documentation, and risk management to ensure a high-quality, low-risk loan portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall management of the bank’s loan portfolio, loan approvals, and risk management
  • Provides guidance, support, and direction to the lending staff
  • Oversees loan policies, procedures, and loan review process
  • Oversees CRA lending efforts and credit-related compliance efforts
  • Recommends and assigns credit approval authorities in conformity with Board-approved policies and maintains ongoing control over the credit risk rating system

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or ten years equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years experience as a senior credit officer
  • Experience in credit leadership and risk management with a community bank
  • Experience as a decision-maker in credit approvals in commercial lending
  • Prior experience as a commercial lender preferred
  • Proficiency in using Window-based software, word processing, and spreadsheet application, and bank software
  • Pass background/drug test

COLUMBIA, MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is an established and growing community bank. We are seeking experienced full-time, Mortgage Loan Officer(s) with a strong referral network to join our dynamic team in Columbia. We offer an attractive compensation package as well as a  wide array of products including Conforming, Government, Jumbo, Portfolio, Construction/Perm, Lot Loans, Bridge Loans, and Non-Warrantable Condos. Our MLO’s have a direct pipeline to senior management for timely decisions and common-sense underwriting.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as an MLO
• Ability to deliver exemplary customer service
• Computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Pass a background/drug test

AIKEN, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is an established and growing community bank. We are seeking a full-time, Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our new branch in Aiken, SC. The position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to every CCNB customer while maintaining exceptional operations soundness with teller and platform transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations based on the discovery conversation
• Open new accounts and assists customers with any maintenance transactions
• Make referrals for loans and mortgages to appropriate partners in the bank
• Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations
• Maintain operational soundness at all times
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all bank products and services
• Perform all teller duties as needed when acting as a backup to the teller line
• Team player that can productively collaborate with others

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years banking experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pass a background/drug test
