COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST Operate from any branch location

CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, an established and growing South Carolina community bank seeks a full-time Commercial Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team with the ability to operate from one of our seven branches throughout South Carolina. Position reports directly to Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and will assist with loan requests/renewals, structuring loans, and determining credit risk. Duties include credit analysis and preparing credit memos, monitoring and approving construction draws, annual relationship/appraisal reviews, and decision-making based on experience.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist in underwriting and structuring commercial relationships, both new and existing to Bank
  • Financial statement spreading
  • Assist in completing annual commercial relationship reviews to ensure sound portfolio management following regulatory guidance
  • Work with commercial lenders to complete credit memos and underwriting for approval consideration
  • Ensure compliance with loan policy and procedures
  • Monitor and approve construction loan draws
  • Refer potential prospects to specialized lenders as needed
  • Other Credit Administration duties and special projects as assigned by CCO

Minimum Experience Required/Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related financial analysis experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient Knowledge of cash flow analysis software preferred

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, an established and growing South Carolina community bank seeks a full-time IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Successful applicant will provide assistance to users of company technology, perform systems maintenance, manage software and hardware while assisting with information security systems to ensure a stable and compliant IT infrastructure. Position reports to and collaborates with the Information Security Officer and requires occasional and sometimes frequent travel between CCNB’s multiple locations throughout the state.

Opportunity for strong candidate to guide and lead the organization in IT, network, and systems management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide IT help desk support to employees
  • Complete daily monitoring of network and firewall activity
  • Support the bank in resolving operational and network issues
  • Maintain and ensure proper antivirus deployment
  • Manage and replace end-of-life software and hardware, remediate vulnerabilities
  • Maintain hardware, configure workstations and distribute to staff as needed
  • Assist in moving equipment when needed
  • Assist with project management, such as overseeing all IT needs for new buildings/offices
  • Maintains and reinforces the IT and Information Security policies of the bank
  • Provide IT training throughout the organization
  • Assists with audits and exams
  • Become a critical member of the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Team

Qualifications:

  • Previous IT experience and/or IT education
  • Previous banking experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and follow tasks to completion
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to self-manage as needed

DEPOSIT OPERATIONS MANAGER – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, an established and growing South Carolina community bank seeks a full-time Deposit Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Deposit Support team, including Deposit Operations and Treasury Services. Responsibilities include: recommending, planning, and implementation of activities designed to achieve Bank objectives, including capacity planning, quality control, process improvement, regulatory compliance, customer service development, and development of the Deposit Support team.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Ensure efficient delivery of Operations support for deposit products and services
  • Oversight to ensure processes are efficiently executed timely, and in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide operational and technical support to other teams throughout the organization
  • Develops Operations procedures, ensuring procedures are updated and implemented
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Leadership and development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to problem-solve
  • Decision making and organizational skills
