About Chris – Chris brings over 30 years of experience in sales, including a distinguished career with Fortune 500 banks primarily in the Charlotte, NC market. A North Carolina native, Chris combines deep local knowledge with financial expertise to help clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC, and an MBA from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. A strong believer in personal and professional development, Chris is a past president of Lake Norman Toastmasters and actively engaged in the community. He is an affiliate member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors and the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, as well as a member of both the Brunswick County and Southport-Oak Island Chambers of Commerce. Outside of work, Chris is a proud father—his daughter, Piper, is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Marine Science at UNC-Wilmington.
