NOTICE TO CCNB CUSTOMERS – Tuesday, March 17, 2020

CCNB is deeply committed to the well being of our customers, our employees, and to the communities we serve.
In line with state and federal guidance, we are doing our part to minimize health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, all CCNB locations with drive-thru teller service will be operating in Drive-Thru-Only-Mode with normal business hours. If your banking needs cannot be met at the drive-thru window, or if you need access to safe deposit boxes, please call your nearest branch, and we’ll arrange for you to have access. Our branches without drive-thru lanes are currently open and offering lobby service. Rest assured, our bank operations and services will continue, and we are committed to providing the exceptional service we have always delivered.

We’re encouraging customers to use our remote banking services whenever possible. Our night deposit box may be used to make deposits at any time throughout the day. We are committed to working alongside you to overcome any challenges you or your business may face in the days and weeks ahead. All CCNB customers enjoy free ATM transactions nationwide. If you are assessed a fee for using an out-of-network ATM as a result of the pandemic, we will gladly reimburse you. A representative will be happy to assist.
