Dear Friends,

As a bank deeply committed to the well being of our customers and the communities we serve, your safety is extremely important to us. CCNB has been closely monitoring the evolving circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). While it is difficult to predict the timing and impact the virus will have on our community, this does not alter our focus on ensuring the health and safety of our customers. We remain steadfast in our ability to provide the continuous delivery of the financial services you’ve come to expect. As always, this remains our top priority. Rest assured, CCNB stands ready to work with those experiencing challenges as a result of this situation, and we are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential disruptions of service to our customers. We’ve always taken great pride in our well-maintained branches, and we are currently taking additional measures under the guidelines suggested by the CDC.

Since preparation is key, we urge you to leverage all of the available tools and resources we offer for you to bank remotely. CCNB provides 24/7 account access through our mobile and online banking services, where you can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and more – electronically. If you are not enrolled in some of these services and need assistance, please visit your closest branch, submit an inquiry, or speak with a representative by calling (843)839-2265 or toll-free (866)418-9219, and our team will be happy to assist.
