Team Branstrom Joins CCNB
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, August 23, 2023 – CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is pleased to announce three new associates have joined the bank’s mortgage team.
Mark Branstrom has joined CCNB Mortgage as Vice President, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, and Scott Branstrom has joined our team as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. Tabitha Daly who has previously worked with the Branstroms, has joined the bank as their Mortgage Lending Assistant.

Mark Branstrom brings to CCNB a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry and a profound understanding of the ever-evolving real estate market. He began his career with Bank of America in 1978, where he was often heralded as the company’s top nationwide producer. After retiring from Bank of America, he joined CresCom (now United Bank), where he served for seven years as President of Mortgage Lending.
Grand Strand native, Scott Branstrom, began his mortgage career in 2007. He joined his father, Mark, at Bank of America and followed him to CresCom, and this duo has worked as a team ever since. Scott was recognized as the top mortgage loan producer – a distinction he held at CresCom from 2014 until 2023.
Tabitha Daly has been working with the Branstroms for four years. Daly moved from Southern Florida to Myrtle Beach six years ago to pursue a real estate career with KingOne Properties, where she focused primarily on selling condotels for two years. Tabitha’s well-rounded experience and acute attention to detail will help our clients navigate the intricacies of the mortgage process.
