NOTIFI IS HERE! — Notifi is a new self-directed notification system that allows you the ability to set up customized alerts tailored to fit your banking lifestyle. Enroll today; it’s FREE!* With Notifi, you can customize and change your alerts at any time. Get real-time debit card transaction notifications, set alerts if your account balance goes below a certain amount, and change your online banking password. To enroll, you simply log on to online banking, except the new Terms and Conditions, and follow the enrollment prompts. FRAUD ALERTS VIA TEXT MESSAGES — Beginning Monday, February 25, if suspicious activity is detected on your account, you will receive a text message prompting you to verify its legitimacy. You will be asked to reply “YES” if valid and “NO” if the transaction is fraudulent.  If no response is received within 15 minutes, we will send you an email, and a secure message via online banking. If we are still unable to reach you, a hold will be placed on the transaction until we can establish contact. There’s no action on your part to add this complimentary* level of protection to your account(s). All we need is to have your correct cell phone on file. Please log on to online banking to verify we have your information on file. If you have any questions, need assistance, or prefer to opt out, please contact a CCNB representative.
