Here are some answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What is my user name and password for online banking?
ANSWER: You may use the same username and password to access your online banking as you did before the conversion.

Can I use my phone to log in to online banking?
ANSWER: Please use a desktop or laptop computer the first time you log in. For your protection, you will be prompted to establish new security questions and answers. After your first log in, you may use other devices (e.g. iphone, ipad) to access your account.

How do I reach someone in customer care?
ANSWER: Our Customer Care Team can be reached by phone by calling any of our six locations. You may also reach a representative at customercare@myccnb.com, or by submitting an inquiry form. Our toll-free number is (866)418-9219.

Have the hours changed?
ANSWER: Effective Tuesday, October 11, our hours are changing for the better. All CCNB locations are open Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, however you can bank with us 24/7 online. Click to learn more.

When can we use the ATM in Aiken?
ANSWER: Yes, our ATM in Aiken is fully operational.  As a CCNB customer, you may use any ATM without fees nationwide.

Is my account number changing?
ANSWER: No. your personal and business deposit account numbers are not changing. If you have any questions please contact a bank representative at your nearest location.

Can I make HELOC, loan or mortgage payments online?
ANSWER: Yes, as long as you are a CCNB checking account holder, you may make a loan payment of any kind through an online transfer.  You may also make a payment by mail or by visiting any CCNB location.

Can I use my existing checks?
ANSWER: Yes! You may continue to use your VistaBank checks for up to one year. We encourage you to update direct deposits, automated drafts, and/or transfers to reflect your new routing (transit) number. (See below).

What is CCNB’s routing/transit number?
ANSWER: For your reference, CCNB’s routing transit number is 053208309.

Are my loan payments changing?
ANSWER: Your payment due dates and the terms and conditions of your loan will not change. Your automatic payments for loans will not change and will continue without interruption. For more information, please refer to page 10 in your Welcome Guide or contact your local branch representative.

How do I access telephone banking?
ANSWER: You may call our telephone banking service 24/7 by calling (866) 928-4713.

Can I use my new CCNB Visa® debit card?
ANSWER: Yes! Your card is fully active and your daily limits have been restored. If you have any questions or concerns about your new debit card, please contact your local branch representative for assistance.
