CONSENT TO CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS ELECTRONICALLY AND TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES AND NOTICES
This disclosure documents your consent to conduct transactions electronically and to electronically receive disclosures, notices, or any other documents relative to the accounts you are applying to open with us online. The disclosure also describes your rights relative to conducting transactions electronically and to electronically receiving disclosures, notices, and any other documents, as well as the effects and process of withdrawing your consent. We recommend you print and retain a copy of this disclosure and all the disclosures and agreements related to this transaction.
Once you consent, you will be able to receive documents online and electronically sign documents. If you do not consent, you will not be able to receive documents online or electronically sign documents. However, regardless of whether you consent, you will still have the same access to products and services through other methods that we permit, such as in person.
You understand, prior to consenting, that:
(1) Your consent applies to disclosures, notices, and any other documents regarding every loan and deposit product and service we offer that you apply for, use, or access using the Internet, a website, email, messaging services (including text messaging), and/or software applications (including applications for mobile or hand-held devices), either now or in the future;
(2) Unless you consent, you have the right to receive all required disclosures in paper or non-electronic form;
(3) Even after consent, if you want to receive a paper copy of the disclosure in addition to the electronic disclosure you can obtain one free of charge by calling us or writing us at the number or address listed below;
(4) You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling us or writing us at the number or address listed below; and
(5) By consenting to conduct transactions and receive disclosures and notices electronically you agree to provide us with the information (such as a current email address) needed to communicate with you electronically and update us as to any changes in such information by calling or writing us at the number or address listed below.
We reserve the right to provide any disclosures or notices in writing, rather than electronically. Except as otherwise provided by law or in other agreements, you can give us all notices regarding your deposit/share accounts or your periodic statements, except for stop payment orders, by email using our then-current email address, regardless of anything in this agreement to the contrary; however, we reserve the right to have any notices confirmed in writing upon our request.
Hardware and Software Requirements
You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer, browser, and software.
The following is required to access, view, and retain electronic communications from us:
• Windows 10 or later Operating System for PC, Mac OS 11.x or later Operating System for Macs;
• Mobile operating systems Apple iOS 12.0 or later or Android OS 10 or later
• Local, electronic storage capacity to retain our communications and/or a printer to print them;
• A valid email account and software to access it;
• An up-to-date device or devices (e.g., computer, smartphone, mobile device, etc.) suitable for connecting to the Internet;
• Software or Mobile App that enables you to view and sign files in the Portable Document Format (“PDF”);

Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, notices or disclosures at any time. In order to withdraw consent, you must notify the “sending party” that you wish to withdraw consent and to provide your future documents, notices, and disclosures in paper format. After withdrawing consent, if at any point in the future you proceed forward and utilize the electronic signature system, you are once again consenting to receive notices, disclosures, or documents electronically. You may withdraw consent to receive electronic notices and disclosures and optionally electronic signatures by following the procedures described below. There is no penalty and no fees associated with withdrawing consent.
Requesting paper copies, withdrawing consent, and updating contact information
You have the ability to download and print any documents we send to you through the electronic signature system. To request paper copies of documents, withdraw consent to conduct business electronically and receive documents, notices, or disclosures electronically or sign documents electronically please contact the “sending party” by telephone, postal mail, or by sending an email to the “sending party” with the following subjects:
“Requesting Paper Copies” Please provide your name, email, telephone number, postal address and document title.
“Withdraw Consent” Please provide your name, email, date, telephone number, postal address
“Update Contact Information” Please provide your name, email, telephone number and postal address.

By checking “I Agree” you consent to receive disclosures, documents, and notices electronically and to the terms and conditions as described above. By checking “I Agree” you are signing this Agreement electronically, and you consent to signing documents electronically in the future. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent to your manual handwritten signature on this agreement.
