Russell Vedder

Russell Vedder has served the South Carolina banking industry for over ten years. Prior to joining CCNB, he was the president of a local bank for six years. Russell began his career in public accounting specializing in financial institution audit and consulting. In 2006, Russell completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and in 2007, he received a master’s degree in accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He is also a 2015 graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of South Carolina. Russell enjoys serving his community through his local church and various board activities. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Board of the Smith Medical Clinic which provides medical care for low income and uninsured patients and is affiliated with the South Carolina Bankers Association, The Independent Community Bankers Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Russell resides in Pawleys Island with his wife Stephanie and their three children.
