CCNB Celebrates Relocation To Five Points District

CCNB Hosts Grand Opening in Five Points on Wednesday, July 14, 2021

COLUMBIA, SC – July 12, 2021 – CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, located at 1940 Blossom Street, is hosting their official Grand Opening in Five Points on Wednesday, July 14 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.  The event is open to the public.

Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony presented by the Five Points Association. Enjoy food, prizes, and incentives when you open a new CCNB checking account and meet radio personality, Jonathon Rush, from 97.5 WCOS from noon to 2 p.m. Guests may register to win a MacBook Pro, Apple iPad, and $150 Visa Gift Card, an $1,800 value.

In April, CCNB relocated from its Assembly Street location to a larger site less than two miles away at 1940 Blossom Street in the Five Points District to better serve the Columbia community. Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the bank delayed grand opening festivities until it was safe to do so.

“We are thrilled to be in our new location and grateful for the warm welcome we have received by the Five Points Association,” says Casey Goodrich, Vice President, Columbia City Executive. “CCNB is dedicated to helping your business succeed. For over ten years, we have been focused on helping our communities and businesses flourish by providing competitive rates, impeccable service, and timesaving banking products and services designed with your convenience in mind. When you bank with CCNB, you are working with a dedicated team of knowledgeable bankers who have local market experience in addition to being hard-wired for exceptional customer service. This is what sets CCNB apart from all the rest,” says Goodrich.

CCNB, headquartered in Myrtle Beach, has seven full-service branch locations throughout South Carolina and a Loan Production Office in Spartanburg. The bank offers a full suite of personal and business banking products and services, and commercial lending services.

According to Gene Massey, Vice President and Branch Manager, “CCNB is fortunate to have identified and acquired a landmark Five Points location to better serves the needs of our customers. Our new branch offers more conveniences such as drive-thru teller service, a drive-up ATM, night depository, and ample parking,” says Massey.

“The Five Points Association is very excited to have CCNB here in our village. To attract a banking institution of CCNB’s caliber to Five Points just further illustrate how great of a district this is to do business. We are confident that this relocation will only strengthen their business opportunities in the Columbia community,” states Five Points Association President, Steven Cook.
