Jeff Casterline is a Myrtle Beach real estate professional and business leader with over 21 years of experience and hundreds of millions of dollars in closed sales across the Grand Strand. He is the Co-Founder of INNOVATE Real Estate, a rapidly expanding independent brokerage operating in multiple states throughout the Eastern United States.

In his leadership role, Jeff is focused on supporting agents, improving systems, and helping the company grow sustainably while maintaining a strong culture. Jeff continues to specialize in luxury homes, oceanfront properties, and Intracoastal Waterway communities, bringing a strategic approach to every transaction. His experience in both sales and leadership allows him to navigate complex situations while consistently delivering results.

In addition to his role in real estate, Jeff serves on the Grand Strand Advisory Board for Coastal Carolina National Bank. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors MLS, where he supported the growth and professionalism of the local real estate community. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active along the coast. He values building meaningful relationships and takes pride in contributing to the continued success of the Myrtle Beach area.
