Full-time Loan Operations Associate — Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

CCNB, an established, growing South Carolina community bank, is seeking a full-time Loan Operations Associate at its Myrtle Beach location. This role is ideal for a high-performing originator who is passionate about both personal production and leading a team to success.

The Loan Operations Associate will be a member of the Loan Servicing area. This position will have floating assignments as departmental priorities necessitate. Servicing includes, but is not limited to, boarding all mortgage, commercial and consumer loans, helping both internal and external customers, escrow, PMI, insurance tracking and force placement, documentation imaging, documentation exception review and clearing, HMDA review and reporting, CRA review and reporting, reviewing commercial and consumer loans for documentation and compliance, participation payments and advances, and credit bureau reporting.

Requirements:

Lending Compliance:
Must have a strong knowledge of all Federal regulations related to Loan Servicing (commercial, consumer, and mortgage). Knowledge of SC regulations is a bonus.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required, with an emphasis on the ability to write formulas
• Fiserv Navigator: previous use of this core system preferred
• Business Analytics: ability to write loan reports is preferred
• nContracts: CRA and HMDA modules
• eOscar: responds to disputes, acts as an admin

Deposit Operations Specialist – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

CCNB, an established, growing community bank based in South Carolina, is seeking a full-time Deposit Operations Specialist at our Myrtle Beach, SC location.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform various office tasks
• Processing of chargebacks and redeposits of returned deposit items
• Review mobile deposit items
• Work Exception Items, including non-posted transactions, stop payments, and NSF items
• Print, log, and mail CD interest checks
• Print and mail notices
• Comply with audit confirmation requests
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers
• Deposit document review
• Complete account maintenance
• Conduct the Large Item report review
• Provide support to Branch staff in a variety of deposit-related areas
• Assist Treasury customers with Business Online Banking needs
• Review and maintenance of new accounts opened online
• Reconcile utility payments processed

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of banking experience. Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
• High school diploma. Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
