Jeff Benjamin
Acting President and CEO
Prior to joining the company in April 2010, Mr. Benjamin worked in a similar capacity in Spartanburg, SC. He was previously employed as Senior Vice President and Credit Administration Group Leader at Coastal Federal Bank for a decade, where he was responsible for credit risk management, collections and loan operations. He is a graduate of Presbyterian Collage with BS degrees in mathematics and accounting.

Dawn Kinard
Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President
Before joining the company in July, Ms. Kinard served as the chief financial officer for Buckhead Community Bank in Atlanta, GA, and previously worked at The Coastal Bank in Savannah, GA. Ms. Kinard has eleven years of community banking experience. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA degree and concentration in Finance. Ms. Kinard has spent the last several years as a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and has participated in many fundraising events.

John D. Rutenberg
Commercial Banking Manager & Senior Vice President
Prior to joining CCNB in May 2009 as Vice President of Commercial Lending, Mr. Rutenberg was a Vice President of Commercial Finance for BB&T. Previously, he was the assistant vice president of commercial banking at Coastal Federal Bank, which merged with BB&T in 2007. In 2005, he was an associate with the law firm Bellamy, Rutenberg, Copeland, Epps, Gravely & Bowers, PA in Myrtle Beach. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in New York City as a contract attorney and also for the City of New York's Office of the Corporation Counsel. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Rutenberg spent six years as a news producer with CNN in New York and at the United Nations. Outside of work, he is actively involved as Treasurer for the Carolinas Chapter of the Risk Management Association and is a member in the Coastal Carolina Chapter of Sertoma.

Trina S. Dusenbury
Residential Mortgage Loan Manager & Senior Vice President
Before joining the company in July 2008, Ms. Dusenbury was previously employed with BB&T Mortgage as the Vice President and Area Mortgage Manager and Ms. Dusenbury was a Senior Vice President and Residential Mortgage Loan Operations Leader with Coastal Federal Bank for 15 years. Her responsibilities were managing the mortgage loan operations, which included processing, underwriting, closing, construction and secondary marketing.

Lisa B. James
Chief Operations Officer & Senior Vice President
Before joining the company in January 2008, Ms. James was employed with Coastal Federal Bank from 1987 until August 2007. Ms. James was Senior Vice President, Operations Group Leader for Coastal Federal Bank. Her primary responsibilities included managing deposit operations, personal and business cash management, data processing, branch operations, and a customer centric call center.

Lisa B. Davis
Human Resources/Training Manager & Vice President
Ms. Davis joined the company in November 2008 with over 25 years experience in training, performance improvement, and human relations. She worked for AVX Corporation for nearly 30 years in various capacities, including Sr. Corporate Training Specialist with global responsibilities. Ms. Davis completed Leadership Grand Strand in 1989. She served on the Horry County School District's Superintendent Cabinet from 2003-2006 and was a member of the Waccamaw Workforce Development Board from 2004 through 2007. Currently Ms. Davis is a member of ASTD (American Society for Training & Development), SHR local and national, and COHR (Coastal Organization of Human Resources).

Terry S. Haight
Executive Assistant to the President/CEO;
Shareholder Relations and Stock Registrar Liaison
Prior to joining CCNB in October of 2008, Ms. Haight had over twenty-five years’ experience in community banking. This experience predominantly encompassed serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, stock transfer agent, and executive assistant to the President/CEO for Anchor Bank Financial Corporation / The Anchor Bank, headquartered in Myrtle Beach, SC.
